Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Every Halo chamber is a considered purchase, and we'd rather you understand these terms before you buy than after.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may be subject to cancellation fees and other costs.
- Orders already processed and picked at the warehouse — subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders cancelled once goods are in transit with the shipping provider — a 20% cancellation fee, plus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs, apply in addition to the cancellation fee.
- All orders paid by credit card — subject to a 6% cancellation processing fee.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days from receiving your chamber to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are shipped back to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to returned items.
- Requests after 30 days are considered case by case at Halo Hyperbaric's sole discretion, and are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- All restocking fees and shipping costs are deducted from any refund.
Authorization required. Items sent back without first requesting an RMA label cannot be accepted. Contact us before shipping anything.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can't be returned — custom products, including special orders and customized configurations such as custom shell colors or bespoke interiors. We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the one you want.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If a paid order is cancelled or returned, restocking fees and shipping costs are deducted from any refund processed.
Please note there are no refunds on hyperbaric chamber equipment unless approved in writing at the sole discretion of Halo Hyperbaric management. Orders that do not meet the return criteria above are eligible for replacement, consignment, or store credit only.
